Sales Wellness Policies

Travel Policy
There is no charge for programs delivered within a 100 mile radius of Charlotte NC. All other programs delivered are subject to travel and lodging expense which usually includes 2 hotel rooms and 2 coach airfares, and transportation from the airport to the meeting site which can be billed separately or added directly to your corporate account for ease. 


International Travel Policy
The total package investment for international appearances and training are usually higher than the standard US and Canadian fee. Surcharges for these programs reflect the greater commitment of travel time and language barriers required to complete these engagements.

Payment Terms
A non-refundable 50% deposit is collected at the time you book your training. This deposit guarantees the date is blocked. From this point forward, We will turn down all other engagements that conflict with your program and begin the research process to produce cutting edge materials necessary for your team. Deposits are to be sent along with your signed Letter of Agreement and Event Questionnaire. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your program.


Products
Pre-buy on-going training tools at a discount. Many of our programs include recommended reading and audio programs available at substantial discounts if purchased before or the day of your training. (Products and Training Tool Discount forms can be requested at the end of this document. See “Request For More Info Fax Back Sheet”)


Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by your organization, your deposit will be forfeited.

If the event is cancelled within seven days of the event, the entire fee shall be due.

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen and emergencies arise and if notified before seven days of your scheduled program, we will simply apply your deposit to a program rescheduled for a future date.

At Sales Wellness we have a qualified network of people who understand your industry and are prepared to present your customized program. If one of them gets sick or dies and can’t make it to your event, we will send another Sales Wellness trainer in their place so your meeting is seamless and hassle-free. Either way, you look like a champ for providing a stellar program that will benefit both your team and your customers.
